- We offer free estimates for repeat customers and referrals.
- For small projects (under 2 days), we charge a time and materials rate. If an estimate is needed, we can provide a rough time range estimate. We charge a 3 hour minimum of labor. Current pricing for most jobs is $110/hour if both of us are working, $70 an hour for Nick only.
- We believe planning is the key to success. For larger projects that need development, we’ll start with a budget range, and can work with you to narrow down the details/pricing. Depending on the amount of development needed, we may take a small, non-refundable deposit during the design phase.
- Our policy is to have signed agreements for all work, and scheduling occurs once an agreement is signed.
- We believe in performing work to code, that some work should only be done by licensed tradesmen, that manufacturers give instructions for a reason, and that a job site should be tidy. The schedule and scope of work for your project will be planned based on those principles.
